THE CLEAR SOLUTION TO RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY SEALCOATING SERVICES

We all need protection from the sun – and so does your asphalt surface. From day one of your asphalt’s life, UV rays from the sun and oxygen from the air combine to break apart the chemical bonds that give pavements their strength. Think of this as anti-aging sunblock for your asphalt surface! Seal coat contains anti-oxidation additives that help to minimize surface raveling and shield against moisture and the elements. Driveway sealcoating is the ideal cost-effective preservation & beautification solution to your maintenance needs.

HOW THIS ALL WORKS

I
Head over to our booking section to schedule and finalize your driveway sealcoating project today.
I
Schedule a time and date that works best to have the project completed. You can either be home onsite or we’ll stream the entire service live! We make it work around you and your schedule.
I
Our crew will arrive on time the day of scheduled service, uniformed and ready to bring your driveway back to life. A trained Team Leader will be onsite throughout the entire project to ensure a headache free experience and to answer any questions you have.
I
First we trim along the edge of your driveway to ensure grass and other growth is removed, we then power clean the surface of the asphalt to guarentee a proper adheasion of material. Any oil or other chemical spots will be treated with a polymer based primer to ensure proper bonding to sealer.
I
Any project including crackfilling will have surface cracks of larger than 1/8″, cleaned and removed of moisture, than injected with hot pour liquid crackfill designed to immediatly seal and prevent the seepage of water deep below the pavements surface.
I

After every square inch of your driveway has been thoroughly cleaned, prepped and inspected, we hand apply a mineral rich sealcoat material that’s designed to protect and restore the pavement back to it’s natural beauty.

I

After allowing 24 to 48 hours for our material to cure, we’ll be back to complete our post project walkthrough and make sure you’re happy with the services rendered.

WHY SHOULD I SEALCOAT?

Driveway sealcoating gives your pavement the best chance to resist damages. Automotive fluids can destroy your asphalt pavement, and they leave unsightly stains. The sun’s rays can dry your pavement and make it more brittle. Sealcoating forms a protective barrier that helps prevent stains, penetration by automotive fluids and UV damage. Sealcoating also enhances the appearance of your driveway by deepening the color and filling in minor surface imperfections. For the pennies invested, you can ensure your property will remain beautified, protected and worry free throughout the duration of it’s lifetime.

WHEN SHOULD I SEALCOAT?

There is no single answer to this question that is correct under all circumstances, so when should I sealcoat is often a matter of personal preference. As long as the temperature is at least 50 degrees Fahrenheit during the application and does not drop significantly lower than that for the first 24 hours, you can apply sealcoat in the spring, summer or fall. Naturally, you cannot sealcoat if there is ice or snow lingering on your driveway, and there should be no chance of rain for at least 24 hours after the application. Most driveway sealcoating is performed between the middle of March and the end of October.

WHY SEALCOAT DURING CERTAIN SEASONS

Some people choose to sealcoat their driveways during certain seasons. Here are the most common reasons they give for choosing one season over another.

Spring: For some, protecting against UV rays is their most pressing concern. Sealing their driveways in the spring can reduce the risk of UV damage occurring once the long, hot days of summer arrive.

Summer: The summer months are the most common for sealcoating. The longer days and hotter temperatures allow the sealants to dry quickly, reducing the time that the driveway will be unusable.

Fall: The extreme conditions encountered over the winter typically cause most of the damage to asphalt driveways. Some homeowners choose to sealcoat in the fall to ensure that their driveways will have the maximum protection against winter weather. The downside of fall application is that it will take longer for the sealant to cure, and leaves falling on wet sealcoating can mar the perfection of the finish.

WHO SHOULD APPLY SEALCOATING?

So, when should I sealcoat and who should do it? Many homeowners try to seal their own driveways, but it is better to let an experienced professional handle the job as we’re equipped with the right tools and experience to get it done right the first time. A mistake can leave you with a tacky mess that will be difficult and costly to correct.
