River City Sealcoating is a family-owned asphalt maintenance and floor coating company serving Greater Richmond, Virginia and Central New Jersey. We tell customers the truth about their pavement, we put our work on camera, and we put our name on every job.
Built From the Ground Up
River City Sealcoating started in 2017 with a simple frustration: this industry runs on vague quotes, watered-down material, and contractors who vanish after the check clears. We built the opposite. Backgrounds in supply chain, logistics, and finance taught us how to run a tight operation. Years on the pavement taught us the craft.
Today we run crews in two states. Our Virginia team covers the Greater Richmond area from Moseley, and our New Jersey team covers Central Jersey from Piscataway. Same standards, same materials, same rule on every job: if your pavement doesn't need us yet, we'll tell you.
And we film it. Our YouTube channel documents the prep, the products, the pricing conversations, and the mistakes, because a company with nothing to hide shouldn't have anything to hide.
