If the asphalt and concrete surface are left unsealed, both will corrode underneath the surface, discolor, crack & begin to show signs of failure, leading to more expensive costs down the road. 

Our asphalt sealer and polyaspartic concrete sealer are designed to work in conjunction with each other. The sealer is designed to keep the asphalt aggregate locked in place and prevent rubble, dirt, and other debris from entering your garage and being crushed into the unsealed concrete from the heavy tires. Our polyaspartic concrete garage floor sealer is resistant to chemicals, oils, paints, salts and anything else you can throw at it! Clean-up is easy, with warm water, soap, and a mop for regular cleanings.

White Glove Options Are Available. We take the stress out of your mess! Sit back and relax while our team does the heavy lifting! We’ll arrive on the morning of installation and gently move every item on the floor’s surface level onto a waterproof tarp with coverings on the driveway or location of your choice. Once your garage transition is complete, we’ll return 48 hours later to place the items back in areas of your choice.

One Coat, One Cost. Some companies offer an a-la-carte menu that allows you to select the number of polyaspartic clear “finish” coatings for the newly sealed surface, with each additional clear finish coating putting you into the next teir of their warranty programs.  We believe that this philosophy is pure hootenanny as most polyaspartic garage floor companies have realized anything beyond the initial clear finish is overkill and does nothing to provide “extra” protection than that of the first coating. The amount of money charged for the additional layers is not in line with the small amount of material used and the short amount of time spent applying each additional coating.
